Our Approach

Threshold Coaches use many elements of the research-based ACCESS program that provides college students with the knowledge and skills needed for the three big realms of college life:

  • well-being

Our Coaches

We are educators and therapists with extensive experience supporting college students. We live in the communities we serve, and have fostered connections with the university staff who work directly with students on each campus.

Our coaches provide a balance of empathy and accountability in our work as we help students develop the skills they need to succeed in college.

We work with college students who feel lost without good executive function skills. This includes people with ADHD and other learning issues.
