A note for our caring parents: it is essential that the student feels ready and willing to do this work. Reluctance to fully enter into the process will be costly and ineffective. They want to succeed- we promise. Please provide as much choice as possible as they decide how to proceed as an emerging adult with ADHD.

Our coaches are not a replacement for mental health support. Please hear this. Mental health is the foundation for success in the college setting, and many of today's college students are really struggling in this realm. While we understand that academic stress can lead to anxiety, depression, and burn out, we are very practical in how to set up systems and goals to avoid or reduce these issues. We do not directly address these mental health concerns in the same way a therapist would nor do we provide therapy. If you are experiencing significant challenges in these areas, please seek mental health support FIRST. We are secondary to this support. If you've recently had a therapist before coming to college, we strongly recommend finding a way to continue your therapeutic relationships via online options or establishing with a new therapist local to your university BEFORE seeking coaching.
